VeryGames Win MaxLAN

As a follow-up to their impressive victory in the Grand Finals of the EuroKrieg tournament Team-VeryGames from France have now added the MaxLAN championship title to their cabinet after overcoming German team mTw in the final. This means 3000 euros will be joining the 5000 euros they have just won from EuroKrieg to make a very healthy weeks work.

Having beaten mTw in overtime in the Upper Bracket 22-19 Team-VeryGames would have to wait for the outcome of the match between the two German sides in the Consolation Final (lower bracket) to see who they would be playing. Alternate couldn't overcome their rivals and so the Grand Final was a rematch of the Uppet Bracket Final where Team-VeryGames managed to close the game out in a lot more comfort than before. mTw walk away with 1000 euros for second place whilst another German team, Alternate,  finished third and take home some hardware prizes courtesy of Razer and Qpad.
